The cement just dropped out while my mum was washing her face at the basin. It almost hit my mum's head. She was very angry & has been calling the HDB pple for like a week but no one bother to fix the poor ceiling. They keep saying they will have to arrange someone to go down again and will be in contact with us.
And my mum has been waiting like a week but no one came or called la.
Now I know how MIO cust feel when there is an incomplete installation and it is even worse when they couldn't use both house phone and internet for a week, and no one did anything to resolve their prob.
So I told my mum if she calls again, ask for the CSO name and threaten that if the whole ceiling is going fall, she will has to be the one to hold responsible for. *Evil laughter*
I am serious. Prob will only be resolved when you make noise, complain and take down their name. I been thru call centre ok! teehee...
