Is not that I wanna complain!!

But i think it is a lil too much. I had worked 7days straight w/o any off day. Finally today i get to off. Waking up at 6.30am and only to reach home at 8pm for 7consecutive days. My life has been so monotonous... That explains my disappearance.

MIO is so lousssssssssy.
I dun understand why they wanna launch it. Seriously, that thing is so unstable and lousy. They should hv at least make sure it can work before launching. Come on lah... at the intro part of the Product life cycle, they are screwing things up man. Even newspaper has been criticizing how unethical they are. What rubbish that they wanna fight hubber, starhub is so much more professional in terms of their service.

At least Starhub wun put non-technical pple to a three days technical training and sent them to be technical officer ok! Three days, my god, we must be genius. *complains complains*

First two days of work is one of the worst day in my life. Imagine cust asked, I just changed my hard-drive and I cant connect to the internet. WTH. How I know what to do? And that Team Leader's face is so bloody black lah. HE is super unapproachable ok. When you talk to him, he remains expression-less. Three days later, he came to tell us that his colleagues have told him that his face is very black so next time if his face is black, do inform him.

But our relationship got better after that. I still dun like him though.

Stupid company sent us on board w/o giving us internet at all. so this stupid cust has been trying to access the stupid website but couldn't, he told me you go and see for urself lah. Wtf... I cant even access internet.

I got scolded hundred of times each days bcoz of the lousy system. One idiot wanna access wire-less, I tried to help him coz that is my first wire-less case. Gosh man! He scolded me, "Are you sure you are doing the correct thing? I think you are wasting my time you know. you put me on hold for so long. This is horrible. can you get someone who knows this thing and get back to me."

Supposedly end work at 6.30pm. I hv nv leave the work place at 6.30pm before! The earliest I leave the workplace is 7pm. Everyday, they just dragged our time and we had to finish our pending cases. Mind you, we are not paid if we stayed after 6.30pm ok. Even if the cust dragged our time till 8pm, we are only paid till 6.30pm. WTF lah...

I tot they got $8m profit each year, why cant they treat us nicer?
NVM. life always sucks! I wanna be my own boss next time.

But there are still funny cases, like when a cust called this number, his call will be diverted to 999. Its so funny lah. I think this man got a shock of his life! If not, some werido called and said that his whole family will get headache once they get near the modem. Wah lao eh. You get to see all sort of customer man.
